Klarol Oil Cleaning Machine

This testing adheres to iso 4406 / 4407 method of testing contamination in mineral oils. 100 ml test oil sample mixed with hexane / benzene is passed through a membrane of diameter 47 mm and pore size 0. 8 microns. The contamination left on the membrane after the oil passes through is studied under a microscope and compared to pre-determined patches provided in a colour chart. The comparison can help us to determine the iso value which is the level of cleanliness of the sample oil. This value can be co related to equivalent nas value. Klarol can clean oil as dirty as with nas value more than 12, down to as clean as with nas value 4.

klarol mobile oil cleaning machine or klarol systems installed permanently on oil tanks with pre-heater and vacuum pump can remove considerable water contamination from hydraulic / turbine oils. We have in some places cleaned hydraulic oils / turbine oils with upto 20,000 ppm of water down to less than 50 ppm of water.

Unique Features:
klarol oil cleaning system can remove contamination down to less than one micron, water, air & gases and lower oxidised molecules of oil from hydraulic oils. Klarol can be installed permanently on any hydraulic power-pack as a by-pass oil cleaning unit. It can be installed with a pressure reducing valve taking oil inlet from the high pressure machine oil circuit or it can be installed with a separate pump/motor to take out oil from the parent tank. Klarol can also be used as a mobile machine to clean oil in a number of machines.
